1. Who We Are
This policy explains how 3 Nomads X LLC ("Nomad Camp", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the Nomad Camp mobile app, our website and our experiences.
3 Nomads X LLC is a Florida limited liability company and the data controller for the information described here. Address: 650 NE 2nd Avenue, Suite 3901, Miami, FL 33132, USA. Contact: admin@nomadelement.com.
By creating an account or applying to Nomad Camp, you confirm that you have read this policy. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it separately inside the app.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to run the app and your trips.

3. How We Use Information
We use your information to run Nomad Camp, never to sell it.
Review applications and manage membership, including Nomad X Unlimited.
Create and manage bookings, installment plans, tickets and room assignments.
Process Wallet top-ups, on-site payments and refunds.
Issue your Nomad Passport and passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Show your itinerary, widgets and trip updates, and send notifications you allow.
Help you meet other members travelling on the same trips.
Keep you safe during trips and respond to emergencies.
Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use and meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
Improve the app using aggregated usage data.
Send news about new seasons only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you, your consent (health notes, location, marketing), our legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention, improving the service) and legal obligations.
4. Health Information and Location
Health notes and location are optional and used only to keep you safe.
Health notes: Allergies, dietary needs and medical notes are sensitive data. We collect them only with your explicit consent, show them only to the crew and partners who need them for your trip (for example the chef, guide or medical support), and delete them after the trip ends. You can edit or remove them at any time.
Location: The app does not track you. Your location is sent once, only when you press SOS, to the trip crew. Maps in the app show meeting points and do not use your live position.
Photos at events: Our team may photograph and film experiences. If you do not want to appear in published content, tell the crew or write to admin@nomadelement.com.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
Other members: Your profile (photo, first name, age, home city, interests, artists) is visible to members on the same trips. You choose whether to show your social handle.
Trip partners: Hotels, lodges, cruise and transport operators, venues and local guides receive the details they need to deliver your trip, such as name, passport details, room and dietary needs.
Service providers: Companies that run parts of the service for us under contract: WeTravel (bookings and installments), Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay (payments), Fourvenues (tickets and tables), Apple and Google (sign-in, Wallet passes, push notifications), Spotify (if you connect it), cloud hosting and database providers, and our email provider.
Legal reasons: When required by law, to protect the safety of members or staff, or to defend our legal rights.
Business changes: If Nomad Camp is merged, sold or restructured, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
6. Transfers, Retention and Security
Our members and trips span several countries, so your information may be stored or processed in the United States, the European Union, Colombia or the destination country of your trip. When we transfer data abroad, we use contracts and safeguards that require providers to protect it.
We keep information only as long as needed:
Account and profile: While your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of closing it.
Health notes and passport details: Deleted after the trip they were collected for.
Booking, payment and Wallet records: Kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Declined applications: Deleted after 12 months.
We protect data with encryption in transit, access limited to staff who need it, and providers that meet recognised security standards. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You control your information and can delete your account from the app at any time.
Access and correction: See and edit your profile in Settings, or ask us for a copy of your data.
Deletion: Delete your account in Settings › Account › Delete account. We erase your data except records we must keep by law.
Withdraw consent: Remove health notes, disconnect Spotify, or turn off notifications and location permissions in the app or your phone settings.
Marketing: Unsubscribe from any email or switch off "Hear first about new seasons".
Objection and portability: Where local law gives you these rights, contact us and we will respond within the time the law sets.
To exercise any right, write to admin@nomadelement.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.
8. Age, Regional Notes and Contact
Adults only: Nomad Camp is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we learn we have, we delete it.
Colombia: We process personal data in line with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. You may know, update, correct and request deletion of your data, revoke your authorisation, and file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
